Spot-clean the velvet fabric with a damp cloth and mild soap. Wipe the chrome base with a dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
Manufacturing defects in gas cylinder, frame, base, casters, backrest, rotation mechanisms, and cushion foam (not normal compression).
